Do kastr\u016flku nalijeme asi 250 ml vody, p\u0159id\u00e1me m\u00e1slo, s\u016fl a p\u0159ivedeme k varu. P\u0159isypeme mouku, sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edme teplotu a m\u00edch\u00e1me, odpalovan\u00e9 t\u011bsto bude lepit, ale va\u0159e\u010dkou ho nadzved\u00e1v\u00e1me a m\u00edch\u00e1me tak, aby se p\u0159estalo lepit. Nakonec vm\u00edch\u00e1me vejce.<br>2. Cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm s\u00e1\u010dkem nast\u0159\u00edk\u00e1me na vyma\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd plech v\u011btrn\u00edky a pe\u010deme asi na 200\u00b0C, a\u017e se nafouknou a zr\u016f\u017eov\u00ed. Po vynd\u00e1n\u00ed z trouby prop\u00edchneme no\u017eem, aby mohla unikat p\u00e1ra. Vychladl\u00e9 v\u011btrn\u00edky rozkroj\u00edme.<br>3. Z ml\u00e9ka, cukru a pudinku uva\u0159\u00edme hust\u00fd kr\u00e9m. P\u0159et\u00e1hneme potravin\u00e1\u0159skou f\u00f3li\u00ed, aby nevznikl \u0161kraloup. Po vychladnut\u00ed p\u0159id\u00e1me m\u00e1slo.
